Have your agents check their spelling and fix errors made before submitting policies. The 24hr hold makes it not fun. You cant fix simple errors and mistakes. Kinda sad all I asking is to just double check things before submitting your work.

My agent is always super nice and super helpful. Just had to call tech support about the snapshot and the lady was super nice.
